Asymmetrical Typography

Today, I'd like to introduce a wonderful translated book. Jan Tschichold's "Asymmetrical Typography" (English → Japanese), a book well-known to anyone who studies design, is the Japanese translation. Not only is the content excellent, but I was also struck by how the flow of the book was perfectly matched, almost like a twin.

How did they manage to accurately match the page count, the location of the content, and even the volume? Furthermore, the main text's paragraph setting, indentation, caption format, page font, and even the texture of the paper where the paper changes are all accurately matched. Beyond a mere translation of the content, it gives the impression of accurately depicting the book's delicate breathing.
